I would most definitely recommend the Songbird journey to anyone wanting to activate or explore their voice. We started gently as we wove our intentions and then touched some tender places like our inner child, our hearts desires and sharing them to the wind, our mother line and womb then the elements at the beach and witnessing each other in sisterhood all in 5 weeks. A song circle was my first experience and Charlotte Allen is so supportive with no judgement, but encouraging smiles. I also joined her Drum Workshop and this was the catalyst for me to be unafraid of being seen and heard. Pure magic.

Charlotte is a powerful facilitator with years of wisdom to share with the world. I participated in her 5 week songbird course and had such an amazing experience. I felt held and safe space to express, allowing me to really engage in the transformative tools shared each week. I 10/10 recommend Charlotte's drumming course to others. This is an ancient part of humanity that everyone should be experiencing. Going outside with my drum in the session felt amazing and I felt in tune with the earth and my ancestors. Drumming and connecting with the plants gave me goosebumps, knowing that they are also vibrational beings and we are all resonating together! It was an engaging day with no pressure or judgement, it felt good to make sound.

I would definitely recommend Charlotte's drumming course to others. Charlottes warmth and inviting nature makes it feel like a fun, interactive and safe space where I felt held - this helped me get over my nerves. EW - March 22- Golden Bay

Stepping into the realm of sound is not an easy thing for many of us, myself included and yet Charlotte makes the experience of making sound feel so safe and playful. She has guided me wonderfully into being much more expressive and courageous in singing and banging a drum than I ever feel when alone.  

Singing as a group in Charlottes medicine song circles is wildly uplifting and has helped me to release many emotions that i didn't even know were there, a feeling similar to how ecstatic dance or other embodied movement practices open me up to healing. 

An energised, educated and incredibly experienced musician and healer Charlotte creates spaces to explore ourselves in fully, she guides groups into full trance like expressions of freedom. I thoroughly recommend doing any mahi with her to rediscover your wild voice ❤

Charlotte is an amazing healer and space holder, full of power and gentleness at the same time.  She has a magical, bewitching and deeply healing voice!

Her sacred song circles are a beautiful experience, out of time and space, a moment of connection, merging with other voices and souls but also a moment to feel centered and come back home from the inside, let go of judgement and fear and just flow. 

I usually don't sing but in this super safe and welcoming environment, I discovered a real pleasure in using my voice! A meditative, healing and empowering experience I recommend to anyone!

Coming from a family of singers, Charlotte knows how to use the voice and expertly guides people in fully opening to their beautiful and unique sounds. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to attend any of her events.

I highly recommend Charlotte and her beautiful offerings! I've attended the sacred song circle and was swept away by the music and rhythm (so much so that I almost lost my lentils all over the floor!).
