During our time together, the group will be introduced to and spend time exploring the following:
Toning
Song
Mantra and the power of ohms
Chant
Breath
Decrease in stress, reducing stress hormone cortisol and stimulating the immune response
Increases oxygen flow around your body and lung capacity
Helps improve self-esteem and connection to others
A weekly dose of joy
Learning new songs and mantras and re-experiencing your voice
